Jye’s profound dedication lies in nurturing a supportive work culture that prioritizes mental health. His firsthand journey with major depressive disorder and anxiety fuels his drive to proactively encourage open discussions, establishing a safe space where individuals can freely share and address their own mental health concerns. In 2019, Jye Sims co-founded Achievement Collective to fill critical gaps in the mental health and disability sector. Since its inception, the company has experienced exponential growth, expanding from a two-person start up to now employing over 70 individuals. Jye’s versatility as a leader and innovator enables him to effortlessly navigate between executive boardroom duties and offering hands-on support in disability and mental health domains. Recognized for his exceptional negotiation abilities and talent in cultivating relationships, he excels in driving business development initiatives.
Bisahr Phanthapangna

A 22 year old person of colour, she is a binary trans femme fashion model. Bisahr lives with various neurodivergent diagnoses inclusive of ADHD, ASD and dyscalculia. She has appeared in numerous publications nationally and internationally including Bonds, Nike, Dior, Commes Des Garçon and has walked for countless fashion festivals, fashion shows and fashion weeks across Australia. They are actively making space and showing solidarity and representation, with other community members in modelling, beauty and fashion spaces.
Clinton Wilson

Clinton is a Boilermaker by trade and business owner of WilsonCo, a metal fabrication business specialising in structural steel projects. He proudly served in the Army Reserves from 2010-2021, has been in the CFS since 2021 and has taken part in various Australian volunteer programs in South Africa and Vanuatu. He is also an Assistant Team Leader, Cultural Facilitator and part of the Clinical Advisory Committee for Operation Flinders. As an Adnyamathanha man, Clinton is passionate about bringing awareness to the causes he is passionate about and leading by example from representing his peoples.
